Payment Methods

We accept payment using any Credit Card or Debit card bearing the Visa, Mastercard or Delta logo. We will charge your card at the point of order.

Trading Policy

Please be aware that it is always our intention to deal with all of our customers promptly, efficiently and fairly at all times. However, when looking after the interests of so many customers and stocking thousands of different lines with varying availability, occasional problems will arise.

Non-Delivery

Whilst we do try to despatch orders promptly, please allow 28 days before enquiring, in case the particular item which you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. In the event of any item which you have ordered and paid for becoming unavailable from the publisher, we grant full credit, which can be used against further purchases or is readily refundable in cash on request. The granting of credit in the first instance is done in order to prevent unnecessary money transfer costs, particularly for our overseas customers. Purchase by credit or debit card avoids the need to grant credits, since no charge is made until goods are actually available for despatch.

In Case of Error or Damage

Whilst we try to provide a perfect service, problems do happen occasionally, and there are sometimes manufacturing faults in books and DVDs which are not apparent at the time of despatch. If you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 28 days of delivery, explaining the problem, so that we can advise you on the best course of action.

Often we will advise you to return the goods to us using the most economic method - we will of course replace the goods if you wish us to do so.

If you are in the UK, we will provide a pre-paid label to enable you to return the item(s) to us without charge. Please pack the item(s) to be returned carefully, attach the label, take the package to your Post Office and obtain a proof of posting.

WE CANNOT REFUND POSTAGE COSTS IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED WITHOUT THIS AUTHORITY.

For customers outside the UK, the cost of return postage will be refunded provided you have contacted us first, and have followed our instructions for the return

If we ask you to return incorrect items please ensure they are well packed, as damaged returns will not be accepted.

Experience has shown that many DVDs returned to us play well on our test equipment - we therefore ask you to try any DVD on more than one machine before contacting us.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Stock Availability and Prices

Some of the titles we stock are imported specially from many parts of the world and can be subject to erratic supply; we may ask for your patience.

Prices are subject to change at times due to fluctuations in exchange rates, shipping costs and publisher price increases and reductions. However we make great efforts to keep these changes to a minimum.

We will do our best to inform you of any delays.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at anytime within the first 14 days. However, please note that the time it takes from placing your order to payment being taken and the book being dispatched can be very short. Once this has occurred the item(s) will need to be returned before a refund or credit can be authorised.
