NORMAL SERVICE
Stock items are normally despatched within a few days of receipt of the order
via Royal
Mail or a Contract Parcel Service. However, following the mailing of a
catalogue, and
also in the pre-Christmas period, handling of orders can take a little longer
than
usual. You will probably receive your order 3 to 5 days after despatch.
We will
advise you if any items are out of stock.

NEXT DAY
For orders placed before 10 a.m. (UK Time) Monday to Thursday we are able to offer a 'next working day' delivery for items which are in stock. Orders placed before 10 a.m. on Friday will normally be delivered on Monday. Please ensure that you have given a correct e-mail address and telephone number on which you can be contacted if there is any difficulty. Occasionally, we will not have stock of certain items. If this is the case you will be contacted to agree how we should proceed with your order.
TO OVERSEAS ADDRESSES
NORMAL SERVICE - SURFACE POST
Stock items are normally despatched within a few days of receipt of the order
via a
postal Consolidator. However, following the mailing of a catalogue, and also in
the
pre-Christmas period, handling of orders can take a little longer than usual.
Deliveries by Surface Mail can take anything from 2-3 weeks to Europe to 12-16
weeks to
Australia, New Zealand, the Far East and South America. For orders beyond
Europe we
send an advice by Air Mail confirming charges to your credit or debit card, and
the
despatch of the order.
AIR MAIL
For a faster delivery, items can be sent by Air Mail, which normally gives a delivery time of
10-14
days, but this is subject to delays at Customs and local delivery services - we therefore ask you to allow up to 28 days
for delivery. Our
Postal
Consolidator frequently makes use of Swiss Post or Swedish Post, but this does NOT mean the
parcel has
come to you via one of those countries!
IN CASE OF ERROR OR DAMAGE
Whilst we do try to provide a perfect service, problems do happen occasionally,
and
there are sometimes manufacturing faults in books and DVDs which are not
apparent at
the time of despatch. If you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please
contact
us within 28 days of delivery, explaining the problem, so that we can advise
you on the
best course of action.

Often we will advise you to return the goods to us using the most economic
method - we
will of course replace the goods if you wish us to do so. If you are in the UK,
we will
provide a pre-paid label to enable you to return the item(s) to us without
charge. WE
CANNOT REFUND POSTAGE COSTS IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED WITHOUT THIS AUTHORITY.
For customers outside the UK, the cost of return postage will be refunded
provided you
have contacted us first, and have followed our instructions for the return.
If we ask you to return incorrect items please ensure they are well packed, as
damaged
returns will not be accepted.
Experience has shown that many DVDs returned to us play well on our test
equipment - we
therefore ask you to try any DVD on more than one machine before contacting us.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
